Shipping Policy

1. Serviceable Regions

We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United States (U.S.) and Canada. At this time, we are unable to process or fulfill orders for international destinations outside of these two countries. Please note that shipments to Canada are subject to the import regulations and requirements of Canadian customs authorities.

2. Order Processing Timeline

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment verification. Please be advised that no processing, shipping, or delivery activities take place on weekends or recognized public holidays.
  • Canadian Order Additions: For shipments to Canada, an extra 1–2 business days may be needed to validate shipping information, prepare mandatory customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with Canadian import laws.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Canadian Shipments: Delivery times vary based on the final destination within Canada, with an estimated 10–25 business days from the date of dispatch (accounting for international transit and customs clearance).

4. Shipping Partners & Carrier Details

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: We primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for reliable and cost-effective delivery across the U.S.
  • Canadian Shipments: We partner with USPS International to facilitate cross-border delivery. The specific carrier may be adjusted based on factors including destination location, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. For U.S. domestic shipments, tracking updates are available until the package reaches Canadian customs (for cross-border orders); after that, you can track the package via Canada Post or the carrier’s international tracking platform.

5. Order Tracking Guidance

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status:
  • U.S. Orders: Real-time tracking updates are provided throughout the entire delivery process, from dispatch to final delivery.
  • Canadian Orders: Initial tracking information may take up to 48 hours to populate in the system. Once the package departs the U.S., tracking updates may become less frequent. For the most up-to-date status, we recommend checking the website of Canada’s local postal service (Canada Post) or the international carrier’s portal.

6. Duties, Taxes & Fees (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, customs officials or the delivery carrier may collect additional charges upon delivery, including but not limited to:
  • Import duties
  • Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST)
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other applicable import-related fees
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are not collected by Ryan Smirl. They are solely the responsibility of the recipient and are retained by the respective customs authority or carrier. As such, Ryan Smirl cannot issue refunds for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees—even in the event of an order return. 7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "Delivered" but not received, please follow these steps:
For U.S. Orders:
  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to see if the package was left at an alternative location.
  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to inquire about detailed delivery information.
For Canadian Orders:
  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date—international shipping and customs clearance can sometimes cause unforeseen delays.
  2. Contact the local postal service (Canada Post) or Canadian customs authorities with your tracking number—packages may be held due to unpaid duties/taxes or missing documentation.
  3. Verify with family members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., post offices) regarding any missed deliveries.
If You Cannot Locate Your Package:
  • U.S. Orders: Please contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Canadian Orders: Please contact our support team within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for international transit and customs processing delays).
