The currency selector at the top of our website is for display purposes only, designed to help you estimate costs in your preferred currency. The final transaction currency is determined exclusively by your shipping destination—USD for U.S. deliveries and CAD for Canadian deliveries.
If your payment card is issued in a different country or currency than your order’s transaction currency, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges. When you submit an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold is not a charge—funds will be officially captured only once your order is confirmed and processed.

Approved refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, refunds typically reflect on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, though processing times may vary by financial institution.
