You may initiate a return within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed or refunded.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (no signs of use, damage, or alteration)
- All original tags, labels, and packaging intact (if applicable)
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons, including products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page. These exclusions will be clearly indicated before purchase.
We do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please:
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Initiate a return for your original purchase (following the guidelines below)
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size/style shipped), we may offer a replacement or full refund at our sole discretion.
- Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available) if the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our shipping error.
- Change of Mind: For returns requested due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

- Please note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time (1–3 business days) to post the refund to your account.

For orders shipped to Canada:
- Import duties, GST/HST, brokerage fees, and other customs charges collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier are non-refundable by Ryan Smirl.
- Refunds will only cover the product’s purchase price (and original shipping fees, if required by law and the return is due to our error). Customs-related fees are not included in refunds, as they are retained by the respective authorities or carrier.
